USA richten Mexikaner trotz UN-Protesten hin

Ungeachtet einer Entscheidung des Internationalen Gerichtshofs hat die Justiz in Texas die Todesstrafe gegen den aus Mexiko stammenden Mörder José Ernesto Medellin vollzogen. Zuvor hatte der Oberste Gerichtshof die Vollstreckung der Todesstrafe angeordnet. Die mexikanische Regierung schickte dem US-Außenministerium eine Protestnote. Quelle
